1. Via Puntarenas–Paquera Ferry (Scenic Route):
   Drive west from San José along Route 27 (Autopista José María Castro Madriz) toward Puntarenas. From the Puntarenas Ferry Terminal, take the Ferry to Paquera. Once you arrive in Paquera, continue on Route 160passing through Tambor and Cóbano, then follow signs to Montezuma.
2. Via Puente La Amistad (All-Land Route):
   Take Route 27 toward Puntarenas, then connect to Route 1 (Interamericana Norte) and cross the Puente La Amistad de Taiwan over the Tempisque River. Continue south along Route 21 through Nicoya and Lepanto, and finally join Route 624 to reach Montezuma.
   Both routes take roughly the same amount of time.

• Continue on Route 624 toward Montezuma — Aves Hotel will be on your right, 2.7 km before town.
